DeepScribe has undergone a slight rebranding of our Portal. Now, we have a new tool for our users--Canvas!
⚠️ Important: While we want you to start getting the feel of where things are in Canvas, some pages of it are still under construction.
Schedule
In the Schedule page, view your patient schedule and any notes generated with DeepScribe. You may toggle the calendar date to view your schedule/notes from a different date. Transcripts and recordings can be found here as well.
Editing Notes
After clicking on a patient, you will be able to edit the content of the note directly in Canvas. Be sure to click "Save" at the top to save your work. You may also copy the whole note, a SOAP section, and/or a single note component with a click of a button.
Lastly, if you’re an integrated user, you will see a kebab menu (right most icon) and can push your note to your EHR after making edits. For some EHRs, this may result in duplicate information being sent, so be sure to remove any duplicate or incorrect data in your EHR after pushing the note again and before signing off on the note in your EHR.
